I had my first taster class with the AMAZING CATSDG yesterday evening and despite the horrendous weather he made the class thoroughly enjoyable! I learnt some really useful self defence techniques and I’d really love to learn some more so hope to join another class in the near future! We managed to cover so much in one class and I for sure feel a lot safer knowing the techniques we were taught. I can highly recommend this class and I’d love to come back for another soon. 😊 Thank you so much again for having me. 💪🏻😊

We booked a CATSDG self defence session for our daughters birthday, so our daughter, niece, sister-in-law & myself could participate in the private group session. We thought Davide's instruction was concise & well delivered & very thorough. He delivered a first class session tailored to our specific needs. Daivde was knowledgeable, professional & concise in his approach, & that he adapted each exercise to us individually, giving us tailored 1 to 1 instruction. This may be the best birthday present our daughter is ever given! We will definitely use CATSDG for any future self defense sessions that we may consider..............Very empowering & highly recommended!

Really excellent course. DG is a super teacher and explains things really well. I cannot recommend it enough. I have now signed up for another course as I am so hooked! It is totally empowering and I feel much safer walking around, knowing that I have the basic skills to defend myself.

Very approachable instructors and helpful sessions that taught me how to defend myself from a range of attacks like hair grabs, slaps, gropes, chokes, bear hugs etc. I was a complete beginner and they made me feel at ease given I’d never done anything like this before and I’m quite shy. Thanks CATSDG, my best friend and her family now want to do a session as well so I’ve passed them your details.

We organised self defence lessons for our staff, and the CATSDG team organised and ran these for us. Overall, very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Feedback from the group was very positive and people came away with more confidence and techniques to deal with real life street attacks. Highly recommended.
